We love gear - trying it, testing it, critiquing it….etc. But what we love most about gear is helping people get the most out of it. Today we’re inundated with too many options and not enough sources we trust to teach us how to use it. Great reviewers are spread across too many channels across too many items. We want to change that with you…introducing the Ultimate Gear Reviewers…a club that brings gear reviewers together to offer a single trusted source on what gear to pick, how to use it, and how to get the most out of it. You review gear, we market your reviews, we grow our audiences together.

How The Program Works

Ultimate Reviewers has the potential to be your first retainer client.

The way it works is you review gear, publish it with us, and we pay you for the work. Plus, we market you (the creator) and share in any advertising opportunities. You can create reviews at any cadence you want, generating consistent monthly cash flow. We then help you with the rest - idea generation, articles, thumbnails, marketing, and payment. In the end, we’ll teach you how to produce the best gear reviews and how to deliver for a client….all while building your brand through educational content.

The good news is that great tutorials are more about informing and less about entertaining, which makes them a much easier form of content to produce.

What You Can Make

We offer three types of reviews. These can be separate reviews (different products) or you can use the same product to create all three types.

  1. Ultimate Tutorial Videos: These are simple videos that help people set up their gear and learn the basics. We host 2-4min min getting-started videos - these are essentially unboxing videos where you show the viewer the product, what comes in the box, and how to set it up (see the Tele 58mm example). OR 5- 10 min video tutorials where you give people a full walk-through of a product and how to use it. It goes beyond getting started to show them 3-4 core ways to use the product. See the Sony FX30 tutorial.

  1. Journal Gear Reviews: These are written articles on the Moment Journal—reviews, best-of, and how-to guides. These reviews (with your photos) help people understand the gear, what’s best for them, and how to use it. We help you with the ideas and provide an editor to edit your work.

Deliverables:

  1. Product Page Review: These are a long form testimonial where you show people what comes in the box and talks through what matters most with the product. Imagine going to a product page at Moment and seeing a great write up by a creator you trust telling you what you ned to know. These pages inform over sell.
